comfortable bed friendly guard limited sunlight long wait
the premier king suite i had was spacious. the bed was super comfortable for me. arif, the pool guard, was helpful and friendly.
This limited my lounging time. i waited seven hours to get into my room after traveling for nineteen hours.

a decent stay
breakfast spread riverfront location
i loved the breakfast spread! it had a huge variety to choose from. the hotel is located super close to asiatique the riverfront, i could walk there in under 10 minutes. the staff was polite and very helpful , i always appreciate that.
they also did not offer to move me to another room. i was very disappointed with the noise level.

Riverside Retreat
excellent service clean room executive lounge
I appreciated the excellent service from the team from arrival. Arif in the executive lounge particularly. The happy hour featured fantastic food, wine, and cocktails. Our room, 1619, was massive and very clean, it also included cakes and fruit upon arrival.
The assistant manager at reception was not friendly, especially when I asked for my room keys, and this was disappointing.

Really good Riverfront Stay
river view spacious room prompt staff
the room featured a large window with excellent views of the chao phraya river. i observed various boats and the asiatique wheel lit up at night! the room included all expected amenities and was quite spacious. staff promptly delivered an iron and ironing board upon request.
the surrounding area lacked vibrancy! it felt somewhat remote despite the river location.

fantastic experience
room service pleasant view large bar
the room was lovely.. it included slippers and robes, with service daily. the view over the pool and river was very pleasant. travelling via the river for sightseeing was convenient. the hotel hosted a songkran party, free . the large bar area allowed relaxation.
the staff was quite rude, especially the assistant manager at reception. i did not note her name, but her behavior was shocking. i have never experienced such rudeness from hotel staff.

there was a chef cooking eggs to order at breakfast. complimentary snacks and drinks were provided in the arrival area. the breakfast selection seemed huge, providing many options.
